HOWEVER, that may not necessarily be the case, depending on other room types in the hotels that may not yet be reserved. If you find the website shows no availability, please don’t give up!
The manager of both hotels, Cheryl Toomer, has invited you to contact her directly. She has assured us that she will look at availability of all room types and accommodate people in our group at our special rate until every last room in both hotels is taken.
